On December 7th 2021, I spent 1,057$ on an order of #4 reebar. The next morning I realized did not need it. Try to get refund with receipt in hand from the day prior and they wanted to send me a check in the mail. That's not how it works, im a small business and that was material budget from a job. I had to argue with them just to get them to Wright me a check on the spot, that I still had to come back for before they closed. I will not be going to albani falls for any more materials. Costumer service was rude and hardly willing to cut me a check. Let alone give me the cash I spent there less then 24 hours prior.

I came and looking for A single 1x2x8, I had a very nice man help me, there was not very many to choose from and the one I ended up with was not straight, as none were straight . This man told me I would receive a discount due to this fact. Upon checkout I requested the discount from the lady at the check out stand and she rung me up and verbally denied me the discount because "no one told her". Since I requested the given discount first thing putting my stuff on the counter, she probably should have called to verify the provided discount, rather then denying me of it. I probably won't be back sadly. Very poor customer service on her part.
