Edited: 5/17/22 I'm here today to change my stars from 1 star 🌟 to 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟! After waiting 3 mo to speak to the DM I finally I got my phone call!! We spoke of my dissatisfaction with customer service and product quality and how it effects my homestead, my wallet as well as my mental health. To my surprise I felt heard and that my animals were genuinely cared about. The conversation was stress free and pleasant the entirety. I will be forever greatful for the compensation received. I have to say the customer service is improving. Although there's room for improvement knowing inventory, online stock matching what's available in store, having stock and lower management attitude. Next if I can feel confident dogs in store will be leashed I might try the dog wash station. 🤔 Original : By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! If I had other shopping options I'd take them!!! I really dislike giving this store my money!! Smh P.S AFTER A WEEK WAITING, NEVER HEARD FROM THE DISTRICT MANAGER!! As a previous high end pet store manager i feel sorry for this store owner, I'm sure their books reflects the lack of customer care and employee laziness!
