Great photos. But the photographer sneezed probably 20 times in 3 minutes. Maybe step outside and do so in this era of Covid? And she said to us, “I’m afraid you’ll have to leave. Our next client has arrived.” What were we doing? Praising the photos & her skill as a photographer. Excited about the experience. My child is graduating high school. No one was waiting FYI. So it’s a little weird there but the images were great. Artistic temperament? 🙄

I was reading all these negative reviews and thinking this cannot be so bad. Well it is. 5th grader can take better photo. The pose they tell the children to do is ridiculous. Picture is not clear. They don't tell the kids their hair is messy or their shirt is unbuttoned. Emailing them or calling them is just waste of time. PUSD, you really don't know anyone else for picture days? Or you just don't care?

They were great. So friendly and very professional. Definitely knew what they are doing. My son had a great experience.

First impressions weren't great due to a bug in their scheduling software which sent out the wrong confirmation messages (wrong time and name) to multiple customers, all before their 2 week break. However, they were very good in following up and asking for feedback, in addition to providing a good service at the facility. Staff were really nice and I overall had a good time.
