What happened to Macy’s. There is never a representative to assist. Dress department down stairs so messy. Can never find size. Nothing is organised. I would avoid shopping in person. Only online now. Store price doesn’t match online prices. Always higher and struggle to convince associate to match online price. Shame Macy’s is going this direction.

Use to be one of the best stores to shop in and still better than average stores. Deals are sometimes great and sometimes descent. Collection is better than some of the competitors.

@Macys. In my 20+ years of being your customer, I officially quit today and will not buy a single item from any of your stores or online. This makes my third time now visiting your store with ZERO customer support over the last few months. I am standing in a line right now attempting to return one pair of pants. First, I went to the junior department and even though there was only 1 customer ahead of me, the Indian woman helping her asked if she would like to open a credit card. She said yes and rather then calling for backup or even informing the line it would be awhile, she just proceeded on and I stood there, next in line, for over ten minutes. Several others left the line but I patiently waited. I asked her to call for backup and her response was to go to the second floor. So, I went to the second floor, over to one register and nobody was there so walked circles trying to locate another open register. Went to customer service where there was only one attendant and a very long line. Left that one and here I am at another register, in another very long line. I have been in your store for over 40 minutes now, and here I am, still waiting. This happens too often and I am done. Goodbye.

Julia from Women's Macy's was very friendly and not pushy at all while I was looking at jewelry for the lady. She told what they got and what was on special. Great person to go to while getting helped for some bling. The Sunglass Hut in Women's Macy's was nice they were very friendly. Sal and Naomi weren't pushy and were good help on telling what are the hottest sellers and which ones are on special. Great staff.
