The staff was extremely helpful and cared about our stay. We needed a wheelchair and a few other amenities and all were delivered with a smile. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was good, however, the staff ultimately made our stay five-star. Other hotels were recommended by the hospital, however we thought this would be better for us. So glad we followed our intuition and stayed here instead. We did let the hospital know about our exemplary stay and hopefully they will recommend this hotel. We will be back in town in the future and plan to stay here again.

A great bed with an excellent breakfast. The all day coffee bar was very much appreciated. When I came to the hotel in the afternoon, the smells of fresh baked cookies were wonderful.

Staff is friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, parking lot is well-lit. Nice little area with lots of shopping nearby. Breakfast was good. The coffee in the rooms was a little blah for my taste, but the complimentary breakfast coffee was great. We had a large group for a sports tournament, and we'd be happy to stay here again for the next one.

My boyfriend and I stayed for Valentine's Day weekend after a trip up from Colorado. The staff was amazing and Nia (I hope that's her name) at the front desk(she works days, dark hair and black rimmed glasses) was awesome! Our suite was huge and comfortable. My only concern is I like hot showers and the water didn't get hot like i like but other than that everything was great! Breakfast was hot and open longer than most which was great as we are late risers. The free bottled water was a good plus and the location is great. Close to everything with a Walmart across the street. We walked for snacks and food and just to get out. We will definitely stay here again!
