I have never been more disappointed in the Wyndham name Until I stayed at this location. Before even checking in I should have known by the looks of the place to turn around. The carpets in the hallways were disgustingly filled with crumbs dirt in the trash upon entering my room I noticed in plain sight food all over the floor, hair in the bathtub and sink. I was trying to make the best of the situation since my kids were here on vacation. I explained to the front desk my concerns and I was told a management member would soon get ahold of me. I was never offered for my room to be cleaned, to change rooms or anything to resolve the situation. And still have not been contacted.

I got to admit I was skeptical at first because of reviews... but.. the front counter people were awesome.. very friendly.. my room was perfect size not all cramp.. clean towels, toilet, tub, and bed... I'm a out of state visitor and this place was the cheapest I found.. bonus is there is a bar and grill right next door and the Angus burger combo was very good.. this place was very convenient for me to all my locations I wanted to be.. this is just my experience but definitely will come back

Staff was kind and nice. Unfortunately we found toe nail clippings on a chair pretty rancid if I do say. Also bathroom light did not work so we had to go wee in the dark quite a tragedy. There was a mini fridge though that was cool.

Sitting in the room at the moment. Must I say I’m glad I brought sanitizing wipes. The toilet is leaking. The air conditioner isn’t working. Called front desk to fix both these issues. “Fixed the toilet.” Still leaking. Ac hasn’t even been looked at yet. It’s been an hour since I called. I got a crib for my son. I got it and it was fricken nasty. I wiped it down and I went through 6 cleaning wipes that were brown by the time I cleaned it. Disgusting. I am less than thrilled. Ice machines don’t work. Vending machines card reader won’t work. One of the outdoor doors is open so anyone can walk in. TVs don’t work. Stained sheets. Bathroom sink looks like goop all over it. Tub looks gross. I asked for 2 rooms next to each other when I booked. And ended up getting rooms on completely opposite sides of hotel. They respond to these reviews apologizing to everyone but they don’t mean it otherwise they would refund your money or actually change something.
