Nothing stuck out to me here. Clean rooms, nice amenities and a great breakfast but wasnt blown away. Had a homeless camp nearby while we were there on memorial day weekend which personally didn't bother me but could bother others. I didn't interact much with employees but they seemed happy. Hot tub is closed. Parking was a hassle and a half but it was memorial day weekend as well. Would stay again if in the Omaha area.

They are horrible at canceling reservations for valid reasons. I caught covid 2 days before I was set to go there and I called to cancel my reservation anf they left me on hold for such a long time. I was already feeling terribly sick and they charge me anyway! Don't book with them! They are not understanding of emergencies coming up or getting covid. I guess they rather I come and infect all the staff and hotel guest.

Positive: Hotel manager tried to make things better at checkout Negative: Not a good experience! Room¿s thermostat was broken which resulted in a very uncomfortable nights sleep; the rooms ¿security lock¿ (I¿m not sure what to call it) was broken off

Positive: Cost, simplicity, gym, location , soft carpet in room, fridge in room, I interacted with friendly staff, laundry dryer was nice and hot but only one washer and one dryer Negative: Bathroom vent fan didn't work, mold in toilet seat/bowl joint, no microwave in room, tub took a long time to drain, hot tub broken
