This is one of those older Courtyards, which I actually like. One nice thing is that the water pressure is high in the shower comparing to another morden courtyard I stayed at recently. TV is huge but we could not find the remote. We checked in pretty late hence did not bother to ask.

Went for a concert wanted a place downtown near venue. We were maybe 10 minute drive from venue. Plus had alot of things near jn downtown. Couldn't hear things in hallway and it was a nice room as well.

I am a platinum member and have never been treated so poorly by ANYONE at any of the hotels I have visited. The front desk person (who was a manager (wow)) needs a few lessons with customer service. When I went to check in early the person at the front desk simply said, I have no rooms for you. When I pressed her as part of the perks of being a very loyal consumer is early check in, she said, yeah I see you are a platinum member, we were sold out last night so I have no rooms and you can check back at 12 and see what if anything has opened up. In other similar experiences, the front desk person explained fully the first time why they had no rooms, was super nice and apologetic (no need to apologize because they were sold out but the empathy was nice), and they said they'd call/text me as soon as a room was available. Not this person with lots of attitude unfortunately. Last, as I was sitting in the lobby waiting right in front of this "manager", she never called me up and told me a room was ready. When she left, I went up to the other front desk person who was super nice, said they didn't have any suites but they did have a king room available then if I wanted that one. How nice and what a simple way to go above and beyond.. That person should be the manager.. My question to this hotel manager and to Marriott, do you want your loyal platinum members being treated like this?

We were given a room that was ok. Our previous visit, we had a better room. Updates to the room / facility are nicely done. Although our room had the old sink. Not happy that we had to pay for parking. We paid enough for the room to be able to cover that. Will look elsewhere for our next visit to see if all hotels/chains charge EXTRA for parking. Service was friendly and nice.

Sorry don't know. We had room 201. High ceilings and some view. Room was much bigger than expected
