I was very pleased with this place. The suite was perfect size for my family of 6 (mom and dad took room with the king bed, 3 boys shared the room with the 2 queen beds, and my daughter slept on the pull out couch in the living room). The rooms were clean and well kept up. The pool was average hotel size, but was nice. The workout facility was better than most hotels I've been to as the equipment was newer. Most of the suites we looked at did not offer breakfast. This one has a delicious breakfast with several options, and the young lady working at the breakfast area was awesome! She kept everything well stocked, and all tables and counters were wiped down and clean. She was working so hard the entire time we were down there. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

We stay here often and we always have a good visit. This last stay tho they did not offer their usual social in the evenings. This is a very big reason why we like to stay at Staybridge Suites all over the country.

Suites are nice and worked great for our stay. Breakfast was not as good as hoped, but it was hot and not just cold cereal and toast. Swimming pool is small but was just enough for the time we had to enjoy. No hot tub. We are contemplating staying here again and knowing there is a full kitchen (stove no oven) with needed utensils is very convenient. Even though they were short staffed and somethings were not obtainable when needed, we made do.

We stayed for about a week. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and good. Only 4 stars because after a full day we returned to the room and the door lock battery was dead. They got us in the room but we had to move rooms late in the evening. They were very apologetic and gave me additional IHG reward points as compensation.

Yes, both ironing boards and hair dryers could be found in the closet, as well as the usual hangers. There was also a laundry basket in our closet. Very convenient for taking clothes down to the laundry room on the first floor.
When you make your room reservation you will need to request the theater at that time, they will explain everything to you. They have movies you can pick out if you like. And yes it can be reserved for kids parties. It also had a popcorn machine inside the theater when we were there. My granddaughter loved it!!!
Service dogs, for sure. Pet dogs, call the hotel. They usually have some rooms for pets
