It was the first time I took my car for the service here. They were very friendly and patient. However, they charged me about $1150+tax for changing the front break pads, sensors, and rotors. I got a quote from another BMW around $850-950. This location is expensive.

My experience has been a great on with BMW of South Albany. We ended up with an easy no hassle purchase of an i4 m50. It started with test drives and accommodated my whole family. Josh Febles was patient with me and answered all my questions. I was also going to order a car but ended up being able to purchase the demo car. Jeff Owens did the financing for us and was made so simple and quick. The whole team made things happen so quickly and for our timeline.
