Had an appointment at 8am, sat there for almost 2 hours before they came to talk to me. My signal lights and everything on that side not working. Then they didn't put me in the system for some reason. Then he said bring it back on Monday or possibly leave it. Couldn't tell me what exactly was going on. At the 3 hour mark let me just go somewhere else. First and last time taking my vehicle there. Pointless to make an appointment!

I went there looking for a new vehicle and the sales guy showed me one that smelled like something died in it or someone threw up in. Got my new vehicle elsewhere and we're happy we did.
I'm agree I took my truck with the problems happening and they said is nothing wrong; the stereo got frozen with the phone call sounds on they heard and saw and still saying no issues with it
I know huh and the funny thing the diagnosis machine OB2 that thing cost around $10,000 i have a few friends that have one and it will usually tell everything wrong with it when the light come on, and Chevrolet say the truck is old that dont have anything to do with it.

Well I'll never have my vehicle service there but I always have a good experience when it comes to trading in a vehicle and receiving a good vehicle i never had a bad experience with that.

You don't have to call to make an appointment... and it wouldn't make a difference anyway on a saturday because they are so busy. It would be better to bring it in early morning or set up an appointment for early morning during the week if possible...not as busy.
