Is Mentor something like Bancroft where there is 0ne on one for the individual?

It depends on the program. The group homes are similar. There's several programs though... all are different. There's adults, at risk youth, IDD, Special programs like Second Chance, REM group homes (not everyone needs a 1:1), and children's north and south.

Is Mentor a residential community

No, not entirely. It is a foster care agency, but they do have some residential homes. The S. Jersey office is located in Mt. Laurel and the N. Jersey office is located in Somerset, NJ.
