(This review is for NJ American Sewer/Plumbing Protection/Service Plans) I would rate them zero stars, if I could. This service is horrendous! Of the last three (3) calls for service from them, they approved NOTHING. They will find a reason why it is not covered under terms/conditions. They should make the terms much shorter to just read "Basically, don't ask. Because we cover nothing." Additionally, their customer service is terrible! You are better taking your money and flushing it, then calling them for anything. I have had them for many years. Around 8-10 years ago, they were awesome. Now, you probably should just by scratch off lottery tickets instead. Your chances of getting something of value in return is way higher than paying this scamming organization

AWR's customer service is great! They're polite, respectful and informative. They do their best to help solve your issue. I hope to never have an issue with our water /sewage lines but I'm glad to know we're covered. Coverage is also affordable!

I doubt it. My understanding and from previous problems I’ve had is if you have to call the company you have your contract with and they dispatch a contracted company they use. And they respond to emergencies very promptly

I am in the Bronx NYC..plumbers are easy for them to get me one..I guess it all depends where u r...but u are paying for a service and they should be able to fill ur request...sorry u r having a bad experience..
