I had an appointment scheduled 7am this morning for a flu shot and bivalent booster. The pharmacist Jason Torrente said I could not get it claiming it was too soon after my last booster. Then said I would have to he would look up when I could get it. I went outside lookup on the CDC site and it clearly stated 2 months after the last dose. I am sure with all the information regarding Covid that if this was the case when information is entered it would indicate it when making the appointment. I brought this in to him immediately and he still said no and handed me a paper stating I would not be able to get it until 2/28/2023. This would be 8 months since my last dose! He was the only one working, there was one gentleman ahead of me when I got there and he stated he was waiting 1/2 hour, there were only the two of us and he continued to fill prescriptions with no one there waiting and telling people at the drive though he was alone and couldn’t help them. It appeared that He just didn’t want to waste time giving shots. I scheduled an appointment at Walgreens for 2:45 today and will be going there where they are accommodating.
