I have called six times, the first three times they said they would have a plumber contact me to do the repairs this never happened. I called a forth time and was told they could not find anyone and would send me an authorization this never happene

I am in the Bronx NYC..plumbers are easy for them to get me one..I guess it all depends where u r...but u are paying for a service and they should be able to fill ur request...sorry u r having a bad experience..

In my I case I used the auto schedule. It went well. They put me to a plumber who scheduled an appointment and came promptly
