Because they are Scamming People! The Lemon of a Car 2014 Buick Encore sold to Us by Gateway Buick. We bought in February, Started having issues in July and continued until it completely broke down in September! Gateway would not help with a loaner vehicle or getting it towed to them. So we had the car towed to Freedom Chevrolet and it has been there since. After over 30 or so calls between them and the Extended Warranty Company. We found out it was Freedom all Along. We go up there and of Course there's no one that can give answers as to why the car hasn't been fixed??? No Manager There At All To Talk To!!! The guy name Melton who was supposed to be taking care of our car just so happened not to be there today. On top of that , they had the gall to threaten to call the Police!!!! They still have our car. On Dec 7 it will be 2 months they have had our car. Gateway Buick and Freedom Chevrolet need to be Shut Completely Down!!!!!
