Angelica Fultz needs to work on her patience. Was trying to check my account and tell her that payment was about to be made but her tone of voice was very rude and just rushing. It's okay to be firm with customer but aggressive is not a good way to communicate. The industry she's in is a tough one but being rude and over talking someone is not the way to go. The staff is awesome and are very helpful, but Angel needs to be more understanding or learn a valuable lesson in listening before assuming. And not say "you are holding up stuff I got to do for my job"
