Legally the name on the person picking up the pawn does not have to match the ID of the person who pawned the items. Although, we would get the ID of the person picking up the items. In addition, it is doubtful that a person finding your pawn ticket wants to pay the interest charges to claim your pawned items. To be safe, always keep your pawn tickets in a wallet or secure spot in your home. Report a lost pawn ticket to the store as soon as possible. I hope this information has been helpful.
