Jessica and Makeda are the best employees at this location as of 2022, they're kind and reasonable and doesn't ever serve anyone any attitude, these two women employees are basically running the store! And they do it well...best shopping experience I've had in a while from a pawn shop 10 out of 10!

I'm not sure, but I can tell that they will usually consult their reference software to calculate an estimate. And they don't try to stick it to, if you get my meaning. If they do a loan for you, they will try to loan you the max. If you don't want the max, they will loan you a lesser amount.
