This is the worst place to get your vehicle diagnosis. We ended up paying over $3,000 and the problem wasn't fixed and it was a simple canister that was maybe $60 and it fixed it we had to take it to somewhere else a friend of ours found the problem

I'm agree I took my truck with the problems happening and they said is nothing wrong; the stereo got frozen with the phone call sounds on they heard and saw and still saying no issues with it

I bought a 2019 Traverse from them in 2019. Just a month ago the check engine light came on. They said they needed to drop the tank it would be $500. GM stated they would help with the cost, but Freedom would not negotiate. My husband researched and said let's try this cheaper sensor first $60 plus Auto Zone has a lifetime warranty on the part!!! The dealership service people don't trust GM nor the product. We had another 2018 GM vehicle do the same thing and did fixed it ourselves. They do not even test to see if that is the problem. Maybe they need Google so they can find these things out?
