I would bring my car in for service. On sat do i need to call to make.appt?

You don't have to call to make an appointment... and it wouldn't make a difference anyway on a saturday because they are so busy. It would be better to bring it in early morning or set up an appointment for early morning during the week if possible...not as busy.

I visited on a Monday morning and was seen right away. I didn't have all the money for repairs. So I made an appointment for that Friday and I was in & out in no time. Repairs was done and my car is running like new. It was a good experience.

It didn't help us when we tried to call in. They scheduled an appointment and when we got there they told us that they don't do appointments for that day.
