Had a minor brake issue and they took care of it very quickly. Oil changes are super fast. This service dept. has to be one of the best I've ever experienced.

This was my first service on my pre-owned Nissan Rogue. I loved receiving the update from the tech. I was impressed at the integrity of the department because I agreed to the repair at a higher price.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - No one talked to each other here - Customer Service, Sales and any other department does not work with each other, they have no clue what is going on when you call with one department to the next.

Please see my answer under Kalaina Watson and my own review. I am not affiliated with the "Company" in any way. Just writing actual true life experience with Clay Cooley's dealership. I've had enuf bad business. As for an apology from any employee, Professionalism in a job is industry standard. I thoroughly enjoyed being the best I could be at my career from 1981 to 2015 and challenges were met every day without any excuses concerning my family, the business, any other company employee, any stress that came with the job, etc etc etc. Hope you have the right career for you. Yes the Lord works in wonderous ways for all who know and seek Him. I'm not sitting in judgement for anyone's Sin here. THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE HERE! If ever I see someone about to walk off the top of a high rise building I'm going to say STOP.

I went to clay cooley on Monday to have my car buff i wait for 2 hours they dont help me walk around the back one guy was washer a car i talk to him he said they dont have a buff to do it that bad sevrice customers have to waiting

Unfortunately I posted my review while sitting at the location but my experience has been a terrible one also. Got the car labor day, said it was pre-owned certified and the transmission went out Wednesday. Right 2 days later. Told them I wanted a different car so what did they do? Fixed the car and pushed the loan thru and said they threw in a 2 year warranty but I was charged $2500 for it 😂😂😂.

Why don't they answer the phone? This is very annoying! I have called many times and if the gal ANSWERS I get transferred and it rings forever and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!

When you purchase a car here, do you get free oil changes? When I got my car, the rep told me that I will get free oil changes for buuing a new car here. When I went to get my oil change, another person told me that i used up my 2 free oil changes.

There is a maintenance package that you can purchase when you purchase your car and it gives you free oil changes up until I believe 72000 miles. you will also get a coupon booklet in the mail that has coupons for free oil changes up until that amount of miles have been reached. I am at 45,000 miles on my car and I still am receiving free oil changes. If you signed up for the free oil change package then the dealership should be able to pull that up when you check in.

The gates are closed at that hour. Evidently this man receiving the bad service made it all the way to the service bay area. I can relate to his complaint several times over. Always during open business hours also. But I did wait once from 5 am till gate opened, service bay area was open, and still received bad service. Let's just call it like it is shall we.
