I've had enuf bad business. As for an apology from any employee, Professionalism in a job is industry standard. I thoroughly enjoyed being the best I could be at my career from 1981 to 2015 and challenges were met every day without any excuses concerning my family, the business, any other company employee, any stress that came with the job, etc etc etc. Hope you have the right career for you. Yes the Lord works in wonderous ways for all who know and seek Him. I'm not sitting in judgement for anyone's Sin here. THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE HERE! If ever I see someone about to walk off the top of a high rise building I'm going to say STOP.

I had excellent service. My salesperson was very nice and kept me informed on the progress. I went on a Friday evening. All the salesperson were attending to their clients

Unfortunately I posted my review while sitting at the location but my experience has been a terrible one also. Got the car labor day, said it was pre-owned certified and the transmission went out Wednesday. Right 2 days later. Told them I wanted a different car so what did they do? Fixed the car and pushed the loan thru and said they threw in a 2 year warranty but I was charged $2500 for it 😂😂😂.
There customer service isn't the same as when I first started going there 3 yrs ago.

There is a maintenance package that you can purchase when you purchase your car and it gives you free oil changes up until I believe 72000 miles. you will also get a coupon booklet in the mail that has coupons for free oil changes up until that amount of miles have been reached. I am at 45,000 miles on my car and I still am receiving free oil changes. If you signed up for the free oil change package then the dealership should be able to pull that up when you check in.
The gates are closed at that hour. Evidently this man receiving the bad service made it all the way to the service bay area. I can relate to his complaint several times over. Always during open business hours also. But I did wait once from 5 am till gate opened, service bay area was open, and still received bad service. Let's just call it like it is shall we.
It depends on what they feel that day and what they can use to there advantage as far as making the sale.
Not sure but when you're paying for the service you might wonder if service was really performed completely.
Absolutely. They will suck you off to make quota. Go at the end of the month and you are almost guaranteed.

I bought the day after I looked. I had a pre-approved loan, which helped, but make them give you free leather to come back!
If it is, be prepared to wait at this dealership. A recent brake problem, for which I had a 9:00 am appointment, took the entire day to diagnose and fix. Good luck.
