I will never buy a car from this place again. I’ve called 3 days in a row and once you get transferred it just rings. No one ever answers the service department. Their customer service needs a complete overhaul. They suck....

I received a flier in the mail Wednesday that I have won one of 4 prizes and made an appointment to pick it up On Thursday. Had some time so I checked out a few Titans. After my test drive the salesman said someone would bring me my prize shortly. 15 minutes later a young man aproched me to say that if I wanted my prize I would have to come back next month on a certain date to redeem it. If the sweepstakes says Thursday to Saturday, a reputable dealer should have prizes in stock. The young man didn't even tell me which of the 4 prizes I had won. This type of business practice certainly will help me decide where NOT to buy my next vehicle from.

Light at the end of the tunnel here IS THE FREIGHT TRAIN! Pat Weir, service manager, is "Gone". Kari, service writer also "Gone". Service department "OVERHAULED". My problems "GONE"? NO! RAY CHRISTIAN, new service manager, well, in that position. He has. female Puppet that researches customer's warranty contracts. Yes puppet, I have the best of the best of the best service warranty Nissan has, "Bumper to Bumper". According to the puppet report, Ray Christian says my problem of my cars trunk not opening is not Covered. REALLY?? Clay Cooley's Best of the Best of the Best BUMPER TO BUMPER Warranty only covers the front and the rear bumper and even those items are questionable. PEOPLE QUIT PUTTING UP WITH THESE BUSINESS PRACTICES! Stay Away from Clay! Now I have 10 to 12 weeks to wait to find out if my Warranty Cancellation gets done correctly that I've been paying interest on for the last 6 months. 12/11/18. "Shop him first, or shop him last. Either way, DON'T see Clay"

I’ve had this issue since day one of purchasing my car this location even after getting the service managers number. I accidentally went to Metro Nissan in farmers branch it may be a little bit more of a drive but the customer service is absolutely worth it and I had no problems making an appointment!!

I understand their "busy" 😒😒😒 but so are we.. And we dont have time trying to call you over and over again trying to figure out why we're payin what we're paying on our contracts? And if theres only one person that knows that answer then train the rest of the staff to know too cause then you dont have one person busy with a lot of people and your day as well as ours can go by easier...
