I have 2017 Nissan Roge and I take it to Clay Cooley for whatever. I have No problem with Anyone there in Saies Or Service
Sadly working in the auto industry myself.. as a manager, this happens more than custmers realize. The techs, mechanics, service writers anyone who mat exchange possession of that key are all imperfect people that lose keys too. Good thing is that most cars now require a dealership to generate a new key fob so I'm sure your original key or a whole new one will appear soon. Also push for a free lunch for your husband! The service writer can go grab it.
THEY FIX ANY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH MY FLYING CARPET. BUYER BEWARE
The dealership is garbage. Not surprised.
Talk to Mr spivey
I like their cars, but their service department is not good.
