The benefits you receive are based on your income/expenses and a limit is provided by the government. The people can't control or change/adjust the amount you qualify for. If you feel there's an error, you can always appeal the decision. Hope everything works out for you.

Your better off calling it in there no more express line and u might stand in line for about an hr or 2 and wait another 2 hours before seeing anybody because you have to see your case worker unless your disabled in a wheel chair or with a can and you have to show proof of disability

I apologize for not being able to call you back or get in touch. Did you know that he Public Aid has been having problems all year. They are upgrading their computer system abd had hard time excepting people's cases. Go down there let them see you face to face. Cause now, you don' have one case worker, you might have two, Say on their butts, make them do their job!!!!!
