I had a phone call by the number ending in 6956 on 05/26/2021 at 2:30pm, the lady was CHEWING GUM and was being so rude. When I began asking her what Can be done about my case, SHE BEGAN TO START HUMMING. So I let her know, how rude she was being and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She then said she would put me in a brief hold, I screen recorded the time and it was 5.45minutes, in which she then gave me the information I needed to proceed with my case and once done she asked if I have any questions for her, which then I asked for her name and she just hung up. She called again to give me more information that she missed. This was so unprofessional and disrespectful, I hope this message is seen by some authority so we can fix it calmly and I do hope to get an apology from it.

I visited on August 9/21.Mrs.Williams,was so nice and very much helpful,not everyone at this place is rude there's some people who really do their job and are nice just don't loose hope in people.
