You cant. You will NEVER be able to talk to them....ESPECIALLY at that location. YOU MUST GO INSIDE. PERIOD. Otherwise you will be calling whatever number they have for the rest of your life. lol

New year's eve yes, new year's day closed.
They will NEVER answer....NEVER. I've been going there for 7+ years...never will they answer. You have to go there in person for any issues...They open at 8am. I suggest you be in line at between 7:15-7:30am if u plan on getting out before noon. Lol I'm always in line by 7:30am and I'm usually out of there by 10 or 11am
