Monica (sorry if I misspelled your name) and all other nurses in that unit, you are where you belong. I hope your management appreciates each and every one of you. I recently started coming to Rush again. Before it was their downtown location, but I have been to the Oak Brook location over 5 times now. Each visit has been during the week, either early in the morning or early afternoon, and I can't recall a time waiting for longer than an hour. I think part of it has to do with checking for my appointment online. Rush's MyChart makes it easy to do that. I upload everything I need to days before my appointment and upon arrival, all I have to do is check in at reception, they'll confirm my details and within minutes I'm waiting to see the provider. It's been a smooth process, and would recommend to anyone to utilize the online check in system overall. It saves a lot of time. As for the location itself, there's a free parking garage you can use and have never had an issue with parking. Inside, the place has always been clean, well lit, and spacious. Personally I like their waiting rooms, they look modern and the seating is comfortable. All the staff and doctors I've met are friendly and have gone above and beyond to answer any questions I have.

Doctors are good, wait times are consistently over 1 hour in some cases 2 hours. If you got nothing going on and have time to kill, this is the place for you to come.
