Keisha of the Vue apartments in Overland Park, KS has to be the worst property manager possible. Everyone is dissatisfied with the new building management and many things aren't being handled correctly.

I live in one of their properties Summit Quality Hill in KCMO. These are built so poorly we’ve experienced flooding from the same plumbing fixtures time and time again. Now when it rains there’s water running down walls in the stairwell. Trying to be nice I let them know which turns into them pounding on our door (I had reported I had to focus on work and the issue was isolated to the hallway) and calling my cell phone when I asked to not be disturbed. When we actually do have problems in our unit or our security gates not working, neighbors throwing wild parties during community quiet hours, or the homeless encampments catching fire near a natural gas main line on the property they suddenly stop knocking or answer calls. Corporate slumlord management and I highly advise renting elsewhere!
