Extremely dissatisfied with lululemon oakbrook. I went in mid July for the complimentary hemming. I was told they couldn’t do them until august 6th because the hemmer was on vacation. So today is august 7th and I went back to get the hemming done. I drove an hour just for me to walk in and the employee tell me that they are not accepting hemmings until tomorrow. Obviously I was upset over driving an hour because clearly I was mis-informed by the first employee who told me august 6th was when hems would be resumed. Now I won’t be able to go for another two weeks because I don’t have time to drive another two hours. Very upset with my experience.

The sweet cashier Niki is awesome!!! I originally was paired with an older lady named Lauren who basically acted like she owned the place… wasn’t even a manager! She was beyond disrespectful and needs to be FIRED so this location stays popular. Niki saved the day and stepped in and was respectful, helpful, and overall GREAT! Girl deserves a raise. Thanks Niki! As for Lauren, please fire her…. She degrades this location.
