I have never experienced such horrible service at a Louis Vuitton store such as this location. I’ve been to quite a few stores across the country, but the Oak Brook store was by far the worst. The “manager” Olga, refused to give me service with a damaged item I had just purchased the week before. She told me she was unable to fix my damaged item, return it, or give me store credit, and recommended I take my apparel to a tailor and spend additional money on top of the 600 I just spent on the item. Every woman who arrived after me exchanged/ returned their THOUSAND dollar bags without any issues. Upset, I called corporate inside the store and explained my situation. They said that because I had my receipt and because it hadn’t been 30 days since the purchase, there shouldn’t be any reason for the store not to decline me service. I had to send my item through the mail to corporate, all because Olga refused to help a young Hispanic male. Imagine not doing your job right, and getting called out for it by corporate right in front of you. How embarrassing.
