For those who don't know what to do with their old eyeglasses...If you live near 22nd St and York Rd in Oakbrook IL the Lions Clubs International building is there and you can deposit them in the collection box in the lobby. They will be recycled for disadvantaged people all over the world. I just did it. Very easy!

Go to Lions International's web site and search for clubs in your area you should get contact information
M-F try calling before 4pm people start leaving the office around 4pm I used to work there I started work from 8:00 to 5:00 but my manager was there before me and she left at 4:00 so I will guess that would be the time weekend the office is closed
The office itself is not, but a local club might be.
Building is open.
