Beautiful hotel, did not stay here, but visited for an outdoor Cigar event, and the outdoor venue is very nice, large and easy to get in and out. The hotel bar is nice and quaint, very relaxing and up scale. Service was ok, but had some younger staff that needs more training for upscale Service.

Chose premium king bed...super gpod. Coming from Asia power points in room does not fit our 3 pin plugs. Hand held Shower grip does not work keeps falling downwards

On 28 September 2022, I went to the guest room and it was 94 degrees Fahrenheit. I was given another room and the temperature was 66 degrees Fahrenheit, which I found was pleasant. When I returned to the room later in the evening the temperature increased to 93 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature has at 94 degrees Fahrenheit before the thermostat for the heat was turned off. I had to opened the window and was given a fan for the temperature in the room to decrease. The fan was very soiled (dusty). My business group and I checked out of the hotel the following day. The breakfast in the restaurant was nice. [Added comment after reply. The fan was very soiled (dusty) and appeared not regularly or seasonally cleaned for proper use.]
