I actually enjoy coming here to find second hand clothes but here lately the men's section has really been bad. The clothing is either stained badly or very faded. I'm not sure why they are taking these items but it's definitely not worth their time to waste taking those items and definitely not worth what they are asking for us to pay..... also one thing that I found out recently which I didn't know is, if u use their rewards system and say hypothetically, u have 10 dollars off and the next week or so u gain 5 more dollars off and u go to spend the original 10 dollars off. If u don't spend all your cash off amount right then, u lose your unspent money which has never been that way until recently. What really gets u is they know about it and instead of letting me know that if I don't use all my cash off money, I would lose what I didn't spend, they just let me use the 10 dollars off that I had and lost the remaining 5 dollars off. It takes a lot of money spent in there to get those cash off rewards and for them to take what u don't spend because u didn't use it all at once isn't right and it did not use to be that way...... I still gave then 4 stars but I have a feeling that will change to something less and that sucks cause like I said, I really like that place.....

funny how I walked up to the door at 9:45 and walked in and the lady was like “we don’t open till 10” okay so lock your doors then as soon as we left opened the doors up.. never going here again! Rude!
