I would not recommend living here to anyone. Slum lords. Most if not all apartments have mold. When I shower the water leaks through my ceiling into the kitchen. They never answer the phone so dont even try calling even though they are sitting in the office.

I think there is a 6 to 8 month waiting list. If ur accepted the landlord will notify you. But I will tell you if you come to apply bring your ID social security card and birth certificates for everyone in the house so she can make copies save yourself a step
So what if their back ground and everything comes back really good and we don’t mind if the rent increases some?
