I loved it here! Completed an adoption app through spca and came here for the meet and greet for my lil rat to find a friend. Nice place, animals well cared for, very cool! Always adopt, there are plenty of wonderful animals that need a nice home!

What a terrible place for an animal shelter. We went on a Sunday. The mall and Paws were crowded with people. There were only two staff that I could see but they were friendly enough, I guess. When we asked about adoption they said it would take 2-7 days to get approval from the adoption board. For a Guinea pig. I totally understand that they don't want people making an impulse buy of shelter pets because they happen to be at the mall. But seriously, 2-7 days for a $25 guinea pig? That many people constantly in and out of the store has to be really stressful on the animals. And the people coming in can't even adopt them? Why are they in the mall at all? If you make it hard for people to adopt, they aren't going to make good decisions about where they source the family pet. I have been doing my research and already had a cage all set up, but I won't be getting our guinea pigs from the mall. I'll go to my local animal shelter.

The staff/volunteers are knowledgeable & helpful. There are so many wonderful animals(pets) at Paws at the Mall who really need a loving home. There are hamsters, birds, rabbits, kittens & more. There is also a variety of pet accessories & apparel available for purchase. We're blessed to have found & bonded with our newest additions. Overall my family had a great experience adopting our pets. Our guinea pigs have settled in wonderfully. See pics of our sweet guinea pigs.

A Wall

A great place to spend and see some cats, rats, bunnies, birds, and guinea pigs. There is animal apparel, collars, and other pet accessories. They sell adult and small children shirts. With the move to a smaller space, cats are mostly in cages and not running around. It is still great to see animals that are available for adoption.
