I was starting a new business and they charged me $5000 deposit for my clothing store claimed that the last tenant who had an all electric kitchen had a $2500 bill and that they were charging me the deposit and holding my money for the full 10 years of my lease. What a terrible way to treat small business owners. There isn't another option for power other wise I would use it. Terrible experience and customer service was also awful!! Unfortunately we are forced to use them and they know that we can't use any other services so they can treat you anyway they want to. Carla and the business managers were so rude and disrespectful to me. Shame on you for taking advantage of the people trying to start a business.

Unlike utility companies in other areas they don't offer any programs or discounts for elderly folks who depend on oxygen concentrator machines. Upon inquiring I was met quickly with a not so friendly "no."

LED light fixtures are the more efficient and come in a variety of types that can be used to replace the typical recessed "can light" fixtures. Many options are available at our local lighting supply companies and home centers. I used the retrofit recessed type LEDs with the integrated trim to replace my old 6" kitchen can lights. It was easy and it only took me a few minutes per fixture.
No discounts, but there are so many ways to save. We do have programs that can cut your electric bill, by making it energy efficient
