Dr. Xavier Simcock surgically repaired my fractured wrist (dominant hand, distal radius) in May of 2022. I am currently working through my rehab to regain strength and range of motion. I have had three post-op appointments with Dr. Simcock (and his physician assistant, Nate Connors) to assess my condition, progress, and potential additional treatment. I am completely confident that I have been receiving the very best possible medical care and advice. Consistent with his outstanding credentials, Dr. Simcock is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his specialty. As important, he is an excellent communicator, by which I mean that he asks all the right questions, really listens to and understands my answers, clearly explains my particular circumstances, and effectively engages me in the process of assessing my options and deciding upon the best path forward.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Bush-Joseph last wk. In the less then 5 mins he spent in the exam room with me he never once asked me about my pain or the location of my pain. Did not exam my shoulder much at all, did 2 movements to check my mobility and that was it! I had to ask him what his suggestions were and he basically had nothing to offer me. I honestly feel he did not want to be bothered with me because I had surgery with a different surgeon. And the notes that were left in my chart are complete bull. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE looking for another opinion.
