Stylist full of herself and aloof. Hated haircut - used senior stylist $75. Talking to other stylists while cutting hair. Unprofessional. Expected much more from this high end salon. Need another haircut within days.

Ellie cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I admitted that I'm not the best at explaining what I want, even with a picture, and so she ended up tweaking the cut a couple times, but still did a phenomenal job.
