Took a course here on a sunday, it was quiet. Class went at a nice pace. Vending machines are available for long classes .

I read MaryCarson’s review, and I must say, I had very similar experience with Manny Perez. He was very impatient and aloof. And the last thing you want in a team mate in administering Basic Life Support is a rude dude. You need to be able to work with your teammates in that situation, and effective RESPECTFUL communication is vitally important. Manny Perez made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, and hindered my ability to learn a critical skill. I would suggest avoiding this instructor as he is not warm man. I would suggest to Manny to consider being a more encouraging and kind instructor.

Red Cross provides immediate emergency assistance after a disaster so this is not an area we could help with. Recommend the person calls 211 as they have lists of agencies and charities who provide different services. I am sure they could provide guidance re who might be able to assist. Wishing Good luck to the person needing assistance.
Not sure what you are asking. That address is offices for Red Cross.
Red cross doesn't take those items but they're are other organizations that may. Salvation Army and Goodwill may.

Shelters are open to everyone, so yes.

On behalf of the Red Cross of Tampa Bay, thank you for your generosity. We are not aware of a specific local agency that is transporting goods to Texas, however, we have worked with partners Goodwill and Salvation Army on past disasters. Our focus is sending volunteers to assist with immediate relief efforts.
Good morning Salena. On behalf of the Red Cross of Tampa Bay, thank you for your generous offer. Our focus is providing safe shelter, food, water and emotional support to hurricane victims. At this time, we are respectfully referring citizens who would like to donate clothing, goods or other in-kind items to an organization that specializes in those services.
