No, we are not a cloud-based software. Our program is designed to be installed locally at the pharmacy.
Our customer service team is US-based.
We do offer cloud-based backup for all your data and images. Best Rx offers services to automatically back up data to a secure, encrypted, and HIPAA-compliant cloud server – saving you valuable time at the end of the day.
We do offer a fully integrated Point of Sale system to fully integrate your total store operations.
We are US-based only at the current time. We are not able to service other countries.
