I've used Perkins Road Notary several times in the past, and they always provide fast, professional service. Yes, they may charge a little more than your average notary, but you are paying for convenience, speed (I''m usually there for less than 5 minutes), and the quality of their work. Several bad reviews stem from the fact that people were 'surprised' at how much the service costs - the notaries give you a document to sign (which clearly states the cost for all services provided) before any work is done.
