I had to wait 1 month and a half after my child was born until I finally got a call back after calling every day until they answered the phone. TIP: CALL AT 8AM as soon as they open. Currently trying to get help with not finding formula for my son due to the recall, no luck so far.

(S. sherwood WIC office) - So far my experience at this specific location has been fine. Never had any issues. But, for one of my most recent appointments I had is what really made me feel uncomfortable. I never have issues as far as receiving a call back or needing to reschedule my appointment (ladies over the phone are kind). This time, the protocol was to go inside of the office to check-in. (Usually you would call to check-in from your car and they’ll assist you from there) when you go inside, The line was ridiculously long, There were workers in their office complaining about the patients and how long of a line it is and complaining on how the line was formed (they didn’t like the fact it was traveling into hallways) and no one even came out to direct how the line should’ve been formed. It’s a very small office with about 10-12 patients, some with kids, close to one another waiting to check in. Only ONE person doing the check in while everyone else is in the back complaining. That alone made me feel uncomfortable. Their attitudes were poor and they all acted as if they did not want to assist anyone (other than the lady who is the ONLY one checking everyone in). I was not pleased with this visit and wish they could’ve done more than just sat around and made complaints from their desk.

Never answers their phone. Trying to get service because I recently moved here but I guess I will have to drive back to my hometown and go to the WIC appointments there. Ridiculous.

These people never answer the phone! I’ve been calling for weeks and still haven’t gotten an answer or call back after leaving voicemails!!
