I have been coming here for YEARS now because they used to care about helping people and be affordable compared to other places. Now they have changed and are completely horrible and are strictly a money hungry business. Don’t care about patients at all, only Money $$$. My son got very sick over this weekend so seeing his regular pediatrician was not an option. This place wanted to charge me $175 plus any tests done today (COVID, flu, strep, breathing treatments) total would have been well over $300 and would not not see him unless it was all paid today. Wouldn’t even allow any sort of billing process for a small portion of the total bill. With my very sick son sitting in front of them about to pass out from coughing so much they recommended that I try another clinic because they are “private owned” and someone else might be able to help us. The receptionist did want to help, but was unable to make any decisions without approval from someone else. The doctor stood behind the receptionist and watched the whole time without saying a word as my son obviously needed help and the doctor did NOTHING but watch and listen to the receptionist tell us to go somewhere else at 6pm on a Sunday night instead of helping my son. The oath this doctor took to help people means nothing unless you are willing to pay $300-$400 for your sick child to be helped. There was no one else In the clinic, they had no other patients at all, just pure greed and laziness. They literally let us walk out the door and go to a lake after hour clinic that was very helpful and much more caring and affordable. It’s not even about the money really, but the complete lack of compassion and care by the doctors who are supposed to be helping people get cared for when other doctors are closed on the weekends. Will never go there again and I don’t recommend anyone else go there either because they are not the same caring company when they opened years ago.
