Ace hardware has declined in services and product. It’s an embarrassment to the company, or rather. “Corporation” They lie to consumers and I will no longer shop their stores. 3 major purchases I have tried to obtain have now accounted for about $2500 in loss to Ace but profits for other stores such as Home Depot, etc. I’m disappointed and disgusted with how they have ruined customer product availability. Not because of supply chain issues but because they Willy billy decide what they want to have available to consumers wi5 their high price tags where we can purchase somewhere else at a better price. Unbelievable and disgraceful. It’s no longer an American store!

I received a gift from my son and daughter of a "Living Accents" 3 Person Cushion Canopy Swing that was purchased and delivered through a local ACE store in Colorado Springs, CO. After a gust of wing tore the canopy off by breaking two cheap plastic plastic canopy mounting brackets. I tried to replace the broken brackets, but no luck. The ACE hardware store had no clue as to where to get customer support for the parts. I called ACE Corporate and they acknowledged they sold Living Accents Swings, but couldn't locate where I could get the parts I need. I have I searched the Internet for replacements of these "canopy/frame connnectors" but no one carries replacements; at least not in America, just another example of Chinese junk sold by ACE. This experience and the amount of time I spent searching for customer service and parts has turned me away from ACE. ACE is no longer "the place" for me.

Yeah they won’t hire US citizens every time I call I get somebody that doesn’t understand English. Thank you Ace for keeping it in the United States. I bought something 30 miles away at an Ace Hardware try to return it at my hometown ace and they won’t except the return from another ace hardware because they choose not to and they have that choice buyer beware stay away from this high priced business get it off line let’s shut down ace

Ace isn't the hardware stores they used to be. I drive 20 minutes past one of them to go to Tractor Supply.
