So many builders to choose from. Run as fast as you can somewhere else. We built with them, communication is beyond awful. We did have a very kind and hard working field manager but he can’t fix this place. He should run too. I’ve been calling corporate and Ashland office for literally 6 weeks trying to speak to someone about the issues. I truly wanted to help them understand what was lacking and what to work on. We have been patient, kind, and courteous. NOBODY WILL CALL BACK!!! They have beyond proved my point. Todd Mower in Ashland regional construction manager…nope. Called the corporate office many many times all with promises for return calls with last one this past Friday. Magically management all out of office every time I call. Olivia stated someone would definitely call me today. Nope! We overlooked so so much and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I will forever shout from the rooftops to not build with WAYNE HOMES!!!! Extremely poor quality. Oh it meets code they will tell you. And that’s about all it does. I’ll submit BBB reviews every day if needed. Wouldn’t it be funny if someone responds on here! Ha!!! Joke of an establishment.

I have been having issues with anyone coming an fixing problems while under warranty .my last contact I was told would be stopping soon that was 3 wks ago.

They don’t back their warranty plans. They don’t want to fix anything and we have horrible issues with the window screens not fitting tightly and bugs crawling in. They want to make they home owner take care of the issues themselves. So much for a “2 year fit and finish” warranty. This is the second Wayne Home we built and I would never recommend them to anyone. No one want to come and repair anything and make excuses for everything. Go to Schumacher or someone else but not Wayne Homes.
