I am looking for a new place that actually meet appointment times. I’ve been here a couple times now. Yesterday I had an appointment at 6 PM and wasn’t taken back until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Technicians are friendly but it would be appreciated if someone would tell you when you arrive that they were running late. They absolutely know that they can’t meet the appointment time so why not just tell you instead of ignoring you? The quality of the work was fine, but other places will lotion your hands and give you a quick hand massage. This place doesn’t do that. I also don’t like that they push gel polish for a pedicure. I’ve never needed gel and have very good luck with regular polish. I don’t feel the need to pay extra for a different type of polish on my toes. I had no idea it was going to be so difficult to find someplace that provides good quality results and can meet appointment times. Trust me I don’t mind waiting an extra 10 minutes but 40 minutes is unreasonable.
