I miss the exercise classes , the meals and the ability to "get out" and have social interactions with others. The staff is quite helpful and courteous. I love this place.

I came to the office on Monday to inquire and apply for a RTA/CTA pass for my 93 year old aunt. Once given the paperwork to fill out, it took approx half an hour for our number to be called. We were escorted to Ms. Williams (I believe that is her name) who then processed the application and ever-so-clearly explained the process along with paperwork showing exactly who to call and when. I've never experienced anything so clearly and well articulated by a city worker! Markers were involved as well as highlighters and arrows! I commented on her gift for clarity and a missed calling to be a teacher! She was so pleasant and patient it really was a great experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars to you Ms. Williams! Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience!!
