Toilet lid was loose and could not be tightened. Bathroom door hit toilet when opened. Shampoo and bath soap dispensers hard to use. Elevator was dank smelling and did not work in one instance when the door closed. Had to open the door and retry button. AC vent blew directly at bed-needs an airflow deflector to direct air toward ceiling.

Parking was a nightmare. Night check clerk was nice. A check in sign stated we would be charged 150.00 for damages. When we entered the room we checked for damages so we would not be charged. The wall art was gone. Just holes in the wall where they used to be . A crack all the way across the bathroom floor. Paint splatters on floor , furniture, etc. Furniture was damaged. The night clerk nicely moved us to another room. Much nicer.The breakfast host not as friendly. A sign in the breakfast area that request guests limit their take to just themselves might help. One guest took about 9 bananas. Other guests came in and emptied out the coffee urn and filling up a huge travel mug. I suspect you have nonguests eating breakfast and doing their grocery shopping.

I stayed there because VA paid for it. Lady behind the counter had the personality of a stump. No stopper for the bathtub. Sheets were stained. Toilet seat was cracked. Breakfast was across the street in another building. Called VA and complained. They have us scheduled us there May 9 and May 23. Pray for us!!!

Clean with nice furniture, new flat screens. Located right across from war memorial stadium. Two good restaurants next door. Pleased with our stay.
