Agree with others about the rooms being outdated, but it's not just that. They were clean, but in need of deep cleaning. Chips on furniture and walls. Has a restaurant, when we were there the area was very warm even our server was complaining, food, yuck!! Lists it has room service, but found out otherwise. If something changes for services websites need updated as well as rooms. When you think of Double Tree, this isn't it:(. Reserved river front view, didn't arrive in they're time frame soon enough, it was given away. Asked for a price difference, was told you still have a view... again not good service. Wouldn't go again, work to hard for my money!!!

Check in was easy and quick, and they were accommodating to allow me to stay on a higher floor since I hadn't ever before, all I had to do was ask. The rooms are clean, and the beds are soft. The only thing that wasn't as I would have hoped would be that the towels in our room weren't replaced during any of the 3 days that we stayed here. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel.

This hotel is average a best and has low value for the cost. At $170 per night plus $15 for parking is high for a hotel that doesn’t provide towels, doesn’t empty trash, etc, for a four day stay. I asked for a 2 hour late checkout that was denied. I would recommend searching for other hotels that provide any time of customer service. I get that there are pandemic impacts, but the price needs to reflect zero services.

Very clean. Rooms are small and a bit dated (no fridge or microwave). The view on the river side is outstanding! The Robinson Performance Hall is adjoining, so perfect place to stay for any events there. Easy walk to many dining choices. Ice machines were all turned off, but found a small ice/water dispenser (and a microwave) in the tiny market next to the front desk.

Edit : See post below mine that guy lives there. Completely different answer, read on. Orig. Post: I don't live here but I felt completely safe walking around allover late at night taking photos and exploring and I felt completely safe.
Yes they do. On concert nights they will stay late enough to pick up any guests that go there.
Yes there are limited free parking spaces near the hotel
You typically can call referring to your reservation and they'll ship it to you. That was my experience at a Holiday Inn so if they won't do it.....
Ut is about 2 miles. On the North side of the river.
You can take the trolley
Was reasonable. Just bought snacks. Self serve and pay the person behind desk.
14th floor, no open windows, but balcony. Makes me dizzy, lol
I am not sure I would think at the front desk or on line
